Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance of sales consultants
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
• Build and promote strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Successful previous experience as a sales manager or team leader, meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
