Position Overview
The Service Lane Greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering our service department. This role sets the tone for the entire service visit by providing a warm welcome, assisting with check-in flow, and ensuring customers feel valued and cared for from the moment they pull into the drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all service customers promptly and professionally as they arrive
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Assist with basic check-in questions and help manage service lane traffic
- Communicate wait times and service process clearly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area
- Provide light administrative support as needed
- Deliver a positive, stress-free first impression every time
- Occasionally drive shuttle vehicle to transport customers
