St. Pete Mitsubishi is looking to immediately hire a Service Advisor
Position Overview
Working in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane. St. Pete Mitsubishi will look to you to explain the Service Technician’s recommendations to the customer in easy-to-understand language – and suggest up-sell opportunities to keep the customer’s vehicle safe.

Service Writer Requirements and Qualifications:
Schedules service appointments, obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
- Test drive the vehicle with customers as needed to confirm the problem or refers to test technician.
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
- Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Establishes "promised time"checks with dispatcher, if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $120,000.00 per year
