We are looking for an experienced office manager to assist the organizations CEO

    Job Responsibilities
  • Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Organizing schedules for company controllers, general managers, and employees for benefits packages and insurance packages
  • Support CEO and management team in all aspects of running day to day business
  • Respond to requests for information and assistance in a timely manner

    Job Qualifications
  • Office Manager experience 5 years (Required)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment
  • Some travel required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background & Drug testing)



Full-Time Benefits

  • $40,000 Annual Salary
