We are looking for an experienced office manager to assist the organizations CEO

- Organizing schedules for company controllers, general managers, and employees for benefits packages and insurance packages
- Support CEO and management team in all aspects of running day to day business
- Respond to requests for information and assistance in a timely manner
- Office Manager experience 5 years (Required)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment
- Some travel required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background & Drug testing)
Full-Time Benefits
- $40,000 Annual Salary
